Modern Townhouses in Sydney’s Western Suburbs

Lika Designs completed the facade cladding works for this residential development in Chester Hill, consisting of 7 modern townhouses.

Our team installed the cladding around the balcony faces and selected columns, using a clean combination of white and aluminium grey cladding. The colour choice works well with the dark brickwork, glass balustrades and modern design of the homes, creating a sharp and high-end residential finish.

The finished result gives the development a clean, consistent and contemporary look across all townhouses, with neat panel lines and strong detailing throughout.
